Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we can offer:

  • Product exchange
  • Store credit
  • Replacement (subject to availability)

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable
  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • The order is cancelled before shipment

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side
