Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we can offer:
- Product exchange
- Store credit
- Replacement (subject to availability)
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- The ordered item is unavailable
- A replacement cannot be provided
- The order is cancelled before shipment
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
